POLICE OF VICEBSK DID NOT ADMIT THE BCHD MEMBER CLOSE TO PATRIARCH KIRYL
Ales Halavan was detained by police for disseminatuion of the bulletins “Pramen” (“Ray”) and “Krynica” (“Spring”), as well as other informational materials of BChD, on September 27.
In the Chyhunachny police department, where the activist was taken to, the police tried to accuse him in forcible handing out the materials to people, but then decided that was way too much, and just wanted to verify the publishing requisites of the printed matter.
Ales Halavan was not able to attend the meeting with Patriarch Kiryl. He was also escorted home by the police.
